   I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to the bar, primarily due to my interaction with one of your staff members. Unfortunately, she seemed unhappy to be at work and exhibited a rude demeanor that was not conducive to a positive customer experience. I was in a hurry and ordered a focaccia, but after nearly ten minutes, I asked if it could be expedited. Her response was discouraging; she mentioned how many hours she had been working and implied that I was interrupting her conversation with other customers, which I did not observe. While I appreciate that staff can have challenging days, it is vital that this does not impact service quality. I do hope you can address this situation, as the attitude from this particular employee overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of your establishment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO THERE. There are much better places around Bethnal Green where you can eat focaccia so avoid this place

   I loved this place, had breakfast most mornings when I stayed in Bethnal Green. Great coffee with a knowledgeable barista who knows how to adjust the brew to suit the individual's taste. Excellent pastries, on short rotation so always freshly warm. Very friendly people. It's small inside, but I always found a space

   Love this little coffee shop. They used to support our local school PTA with coffee vouchers when we were asking local businesses to donate something for our raffle prizes. I went to ask for their support and won the coffee vouchers one year. I’ve been a fan of this coffee shop since. Cannoli is so tasty!

   Yesterday my Flight was cancelled and I've jumped into this Amazing cafè: the espresso was Amazing, a real italian espresso and the almond croissant was delicious (and I don't like croissant!). The Place Is cozy and the staff Is really nice and friendly. Andate tutti, si mangia bene e si viene accolti divinamente!

   I have spent quite a lot of time here while I was living nearby, a few years ago. It's a bit tiny and can get crammed, but the cappuccino is excellent, and you can sit and read the books they provide all the time you want. I remember I read at least the first 50 pages of a book about Milan, Italy.

   I have been coming here for over a year - and I can’t imagine life without it! A pistachio cornetti is divine in the morning, a freddo cappuccino is perfect in the sun, and the blend for an Americano perfect and balanced. Preordered tiramisu is a game changer. Francesco and his team provide a wonderful service, with a clear passion for the local Bethnal Green community. This passion manifests as great Italian coffee - bellissimo!
