The central Bromley Caffè Nero has a grubby feel about it. It may be under-staffed as it always seems busy in its prime position at the entrance to the Glades but tables are often dirty, Ladt time I visited the toilet, I walked right out again and the armchairs are filthy and need replacing. I tried a 'luxury hot chocolate' which was extremely sweet and I suspect was a powder mixed with hot water rather than made with milk. Their coffee is OK but not great. The chocolate milkshake is not what they used to be ie no cream or ice cream, just a chocolate flavoured milk. All in all, convenient in position, light, often a queue. Not very pleasant.

A nice place to grab a cuppa. But - it's about time the toilet facility was updated. The floor is always wet from a leak somewhere. And it desperately needs a refurbishment. But, above all else it needs a deep clean! The tiles and pipes are grubby and dusty; it's impossible not to notice! Caffe Nero - invest in this popular branch.

Great spot to sit, read, and write the coffee, nibbles and pastries are all very good. The baristas are friendly and personable. Tatiana always has a warm greeting smile.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff friendly. There is a good selection of teas and coffees. The cakes are tasty. Pastries are ok though. However we enjoy this place after a nice walk during cold days.

The cappuccino here was really good. I opted for the premium coffee which was the 'winter blend'. The babichino went down a treat. Nice atmosphere

Everytime I come here I always have the nicest experience. The staff are absolutely lovely and are so friendly with everyone they interact with. It definitely lightens up my commute to work and the coffee is always great. Thank you!

Myself and a group of friends visit most days ,the staff are all brilliant especially Kurt and Ellena. They know our order off by heart and serve us quickly and always with a smile. If they aren’t busy they even bring it to our table Which is unheard of. The coffee is always good and although busy at times they always fit us in. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Nice cordial staff. Food and drink prices are expensive. Atmosphere is nice and ambient. Nice and clean. Presentable seating arrangements. Has a toilet facility. Also has a local LIDL supermarket across the road.

It's a coffee shop so obviously I had tea! Which was as expected, the mug the size of a small car with a tiny handle I couldn't get my finger through, but it was nice the space was welcoming staff friendly and quick nice experience

I was really impressed with how efficiently and professionally your barista dealt with the lunch rush and a queue, while his colleague arrived late and still want ready to help out a few minutes later when I was leaving. This young man needs a promotion.
