I often stop by the Starbucks in Greenwich on my way to work, and their pistachio & white chocolate loaf cake is my absolute favorite. So soft and super yummy, I've bought it several times already. Really love it!
First visit to this branch. Impressed with cleanliness and brightness. Very busy during time of visit. But staff managed well and friendly. My daughter feels the food/sandwiches fridge was over filled and un-tidy.
Not very clean - litter on the floor and most of the tables needed wiping down. Ordered chai lattes and, while they were nice and hot, the flavour was weak and the consistency watery. They lacked any real substance. Disappointing.
1st trip Wonderful service staff are so kind! Makes the perfect cup of tea! Place is clean and has lots of milk options! 2nd trip! Shout out to Bianca and Reis the other lovely people behind the roll who helped me get my perfect drink! They were more than happy to help and have been so accommodating thank you!!!
Items were out of stock. The staff at the counter showed real attitude. Doesnt even smile. When the item wasn't available, she said that in a rude way. Pathetic atmosphere. Not cleaned. Tissues and cups everywhere. My order was taken by some other customer. Can't blame the other customer as they don't call out names properly. I was told to take what was left there of my same item but that had cream in it. Get them paid Mr. Starbucks. 0 star.
Quite possible the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). It’s so bad that I travel 5 miles to the next closest Starbucks in Belvedere to avoid this one. Why? (1) the staff. There is a lady who is loud, rude and obnoxious. She looks at you as if you’ve crawled off her shoe. She screams your name and slurs her words, you ask her to repeat the name and she won’t do it. You ask her to add milk to a burnt oatmeal, she won’t do it…you get the message here. She clearly doesn’t want to be serving customers (2) the place is filthy. The counter areas where they work are covered in dirt, boxes and beans. The toilets are disgusting. We went one day at 9am and it was filthy. Clearly nobody cleans it as we were the first to use it that day. (3) coffee and food quality is awful. Coffees are cold. Separately, I ordered an oatmeal and it was burnt (see image). How do you burn oatmeal? Asked for it to be made again and they refused. Asked them kindly to add milk and they refused - “that’s how it comes”. I had to get a refund. I have never asked for a refund at Starbucks…it’s really a last resort. If you’re the manager at this location, I would recommend employing a cleaner, firing the rude lady who serves coffees (local lass) and then firing yourself for running the world’s worst Starbucks.
As others have mentioned, this place is filthy and the furniture quite worn. As a positive, it has a large seating area and, most of the day, is quiet. They do not play music, and most patrons grab their coffee to go. As a result, it is a good location for work or having calls, if you can withstand the dirt.
Pretty sizeable Starbucks with 2 floors and outside seating. Situated at the edge of a retail shopping park. I've been here plenty of times and it's a bit hit and miss whether you will get a great coffee or a coffee where you only taste warm milk. Staff seem friendly, I can't help but feel sorry for them as it always seems a bit understaffed when it gets busy. It's popular with families with little kids/babies. Upstairs is my favourite spot and it's very relaxing and the chairs are comfy with floor to ceiling glass to view outside. There is no lift to get on the 1st floor. If you are out shopping and need a break why not give it a whirl.
