   Good grief. £3.85 for a flat white which was actually an Americano. Not a good taste at that. Second time I've been here and the drinks are terrible. Not again!

   Bad quality coffee. Had it twice. First time i thought, what’s? The I said maybe this isn’t right and second one was even worse, and no, there won’t be a third time. It’s taste 90%water with 2% coffee taste. I don’t recommend it

   I have been getting my coffee at the platform coffee shop for over 6years and always had such lovely, friendly service. Today however I ordered as usual asking for oat milk (not realising I had to pay 40p extra) When it came to ordering they did not tell me there is an extra charge for different milk.. i can’t see particularly well and reading the board above is a huge struggle(this is why I asked if they could make this drink with oat milk) When I said oh that’s silly I don’t usually get charged for having to have oat milk .. the man behind the counter greeted me such anger and annoyance saying why don’t you read/open your eyes it’s on the board! His manner and tone was quite frankly appalling. I wouldn’t expect my own father to speak to me that way let alone a front facing sales assistant. When I said that was rude he said he didn’t like that I said it was silly charging me for milk I never usually get charged for. Not a great way to run a business. I don’t believe there is ever a need to speak to anyone in that manner. Such a shame as I have always had such nice experiences here.
