Lots of options for breakfast and lunch, including for veggies, not so much for vegans. I had the healthy breakfast which was tasty and very well presented. Really friendly staff. Food was tasty, cappuccino large and hot. Clean and comfy seating. Would definitely return if passing.
I could only wait one week before I had to come back and have breakfast again at Melange. We were thoroughly satisfied with the fresh and deliciously tasting dishes we had chosen... Lovely music and a chilled atmosphere makes it hard to get up and leave. I could just sit here and eat all day long..... !
First visit to Melange, both of us hungry and to get out of rain. Nicely decorated restaurant with lots of space. My daughter had the ME special with flatbread and a huge salad bowl of leaves, ham, feta, croutons, tomatoes, and cucumber. Also, I wilted spinach on top which she really enjoyed! Said it was all yummy and delicious! I had the light breakfast - eggs, halloumi, tomato, olives, avocado, and smoked salmon. 1 slice of brown toast. Salmon was disappointing; not presented in nice slices (yeah I'm fussy) and a few bits grey. So, 1 star less for that and the lemonade. Asked for home made but think it was sprite?? Otherwise a nice place for lunch and lots to choose from on menu.
Stumbled upon this place when looking for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Staff were so welcoming , the owner himself served us. Food was so freshly made, and so reasonably priced. Would definitely be coming back to book this place for events. 5 stars from us !
Dropped by with my kids for lunch and it was a great experience. The service was brilliant and the owner is friendly and welcoming. The food was good. I had the lamb chops and got the chicken nuggets for the kids. Their prices are well suited and the atmosphere is relaxed. Will definitely be back.
The Best Restaurant in Orpington!!! Lovely Environment with a perfect design (touch of flowers), clean and Best quality of food, under new ownership. Experienced chiefs and excellent service…!!! Melange it is a place to be… and A perfect place for private Events as well (Birthday parties, etc.)

Nearly walked past the place as no real menu on display to see from the street. Hopefully they sort that. Glad I went in as the food was absolutely top notch. Had the Melange breakfast and really enjoyed it. Good quality produce and excellently cooked. Nice service and staff too.
Fantastic little find. Descended on this gem with a double buggy and 4 hot and hangry children ranging from 1 to 14 years old. Staff were friendly, food was really yummy, and great prices. All 5 of us were fed and had sufficient drinks on £37! Service is not included on the bill so make sure to bring some change. Staff definitely deserve it!
Lovely place. Not too big on the inside, probably can sit 30-40 people. They have a toilet and would suit those who need special accessibility options. Good food. There's a bar for drinks. Prices look fair.
