This firm have been reported & under investigation by the legal ombudsman & SRA. Andrew Marsden never mentioned at the beginning his legal fees but at the end he added up! He promised to sent invoice for the fees which was paid but never sent. From the beginning of my first call he was rude & only interested MY MONEY. His emails / letters was threatening & not included correct information he gathered from his bogus client. He took full advantage's of me not being a native & not having enough Knowledge of English language also not having any legal representatives of my side but the future will tell as we all created our KARMA

Maggi and Nicola at Haworth Holt Bell made buying our first home easy and stress-free. Everything was unbelievably quick and all the documentation was clearly labeled so we knew exactly what needed to be signed.

Nicola assisted with my parent's very smooth property purchase, so was a natural choice for our property purchase. We were on a really tight time schedule, which Nicola managed to pull off, we are beyond grateful. Professional, efficient, friendly, extremely thorough, strong communication and excellent customer service. We can't recommend Nicola and Haworth Holt Bell enough.

If I had to go through the conveyancing process again, I would pick Howarth Holt Bell in a heartbeat. Nicola Moseley was phenomenal. Every step of the process was clearly explained and Nicola did everything possible to make the process efficient. Thank you very, very much! I would highly recommend to anyone who has conveyancing needs.

Howarth Holt Bell (HHB) held all the details pertaining to my parents estate. When my mother died I contacted them asking for all the documentation they held. Subsequently they handed over said documents (or so they claimed). However, on closer inspection, the deeds of the house were not present. I asked HHB again if they had further documentation they had not given me and they said they did not. I then found a note in my parents paperwork that suggested they did have the deeds and so I asked them again. This time they said they did have them! I then found the original of my mothers Will was not in the supplied documentation. So, again, I asked for them to check if they had that and they subsequently admitted they did but charged £90.00 for finding it. When I complained Richard Bell simply put the phone down on me. I would not recommend this solicitors and will certainly not be doing any business with them in future!

We used Haworth Holt Bell solicitors when buying our first property. Maggi was absolutely fantastic - she was incredibly fast in responding to any emails/queries we sent and always found us any answers that we needed. She was incredibly professional and always contacted the vendors' solicitors if needed to resolve any problems. A truly fantastic service was provided, well worth every penny. Will always recommend Haworth Holt Bell to any friends/family who require their services.
