Lovely cafe Nero. Nice staff! Very kind and helpful. It would be great if it could be bigger, but not bad! It can get very busy though

This morning (18-Sep) I had a great flat white on Kenya beans by blonde lady (if remember right, don’t know her name). Staff is generally always kind and helpful. Although today’s coffee was outstanding, drinks quality varies by barista unfortunately (thus 4).

Went to Caffè Nero today with a friend and was served by a wonderful person called Marie. It was the first time I’d been served by her, and her service was so good that I asked her name just so I could leave a review. She was cheerful, welcoming and provided such great service it was truly refreshing. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a really long time. Thank you so much, Marie.

This Caffè Nero is a fantastic spot right in the heart of Canary Wharf. The cafe is in Jubilee place mall, not outside. The staff are always super efficient, which is a lifesaver when you're on a quick coffee break, and they manage to stay friendly and professional even during the busiest rush hours. The coffee is consistently excellent, as you'd expect from Caffè Nero. What I particularly love about this branch is the atmosphere. It's a great place to people-watch, grab a seat to catch up on emails, or meet with a colleague. It's a comfortable and welcoming escape from the fast-paced city outside. A perfect go-to spot for a quality coffee in the Wharf!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Came on a Sunday. I'd definitely come back to this one. It's pretty small and tucked away in a corner, so you could easily miss it. The only thing I wish is they had more cold non-coffee items on the regular menu eg why ice latte but not ice chocolate? These days seems like it's not catering to kids or very inclusive for people who can't, don't or looking to minimise caffeine. This is why insomnia is such a big problem these days! Having said that, the staff are so accommodating and that's why I'd recommend it here. Though staff at most Neros are generally pretty good.

This is just another Caffè Nero, but the staff here make this one better than all the rest. Apologies as I didn't catch your names but there was a man and woman working bother times I went in and they were great. If I find myself in the area again I would 100% walk the extra miles to go here in hope they were both serving!!

Great coffee and ambiance, plenty of seats and comfy chairs; was renovated last year I think and still looks fresh. Only negative is it’s not clear which end you are supposed to queue from.

Recently been renovated and it looks great. Plenty of seats and types to choose from. I’d say this Nero has about 8 key places laptop users/students could work from with accessible double charging sockets. Coffee is always good here as are some of the cakes - the savoury food is lacking. Nearly always good service, a bit slow to clear tables. I recommend the special Caramel Latte if you haven’t tried it already!
