You need to change the opening times for the play area. Went today (Saturday) clearly states that the play area should be open until 4 pm. Got there to be told it closes at 3 pm. Completely wasted journey. Change it please
Great little softplay all the staff are always so lovely and friendly. Could maybe do with making their closing times more clear when it changes. As of today they have now started closing at 3, the small chalkboard with this on isn't very noticeable until you have paid and otherwise if the counter. As I came in at 2pm along with a few others, it might have just been good if the lady serving informed adults of this when entering. But other than this I couldn't fault this softplay as its not to big and perfect for the younger ones
Very nice for the children and good service in the cafe and hot chocolate lovely
Our son had a great birthday party here. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Great place for toddlers to use up energy but prices have just gone up considerably. So won’t be visiting very often
