   Returning to Welling Café after more than two years felt like a true treat. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service made the visit especially uplifting.The staff particularly the ladies working front of house were highly efficient, attentive, and genuinely friendly, creating a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. The chef’s special breakfast was executed to perfection: a beautifully runny egg, freshly cooked bacon, and crusty bread that hit all the right notes for a comforting, satisfying start to the day.In an era where hospitality often feels stretched, this café stands out for its care, consistency, and pride in simple, well-made food.Verdict: A gem of a local café with outstanding service and spot-on classics.    The food was moderate nothing tastes great or bad either. The amount of food was not filling. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of food. The food delivery was quick. The service was good and friendly. Though there was a wait time the atmosphere was clean but noisy. Overall it was a moderate visit.

   A real gem of a cafe in the heart of Welling high street. Been coming here for years, whenever I’m in town. Food is really good, always cooked well with lovely staff. You can tell a good cafe when it has regulars that ask for the usual. Everyone made welcome, looked after etc. Great coffee too

   Great little cafe on welling high street. Staffs are friendly, service is amazing. Wide variety of food, from breakfast, to chicken curry, array of toasts, homemade specials and grills. I really love their Roasted chicken which came with roast potato, Yorkshire puddings and vegetables. The only reason I’m giving 4 star is that I didn’t really enjoy the coffee, it was quite bitter. Otherwise it was good experience!!!

   Excellent experience. As soon as I arrived I asked if I could use the internet as I needed to work and take work calls and immediately the staff helped me get this with no problems and a friendly welcoming attitude. The breakfast/ food I ordered was top quality. Chips were all crispy, eggs were sunny side up and perfectly cooked, sausage and bacon was delicious and hash browns and beans superb. I felt really good after my experience here and was able to take my work calls and use internet with no network issues. The internet speed is fast and reliable. I shook hands with the staff after leaving and had a smile on my face for the remainder of the day. Excellent place highly recommend to have breakfast/ eat there.

   English breakfast 5/10. If you put all the elements of a breakfast together as you'd like them off the set menus you'd be entering into the realms of a night out restaurant meal. Didn't think it was value for money to he honest, catering sausages, hard fried eggs. Poor effort

   Food was great, only thing that let it down was the coffee, which is very bitter. As well as the bubble and the bacon which were both not the best. Everything else was fantastic and we loved it. Will be back.

   King Breakfast was definitely king size. A long craving for English breakfast was fulfilling and satisfying. The hash browns were quite big. Sausage was nicely cooked. It was a hearty breakfast before we set off to Thorpe park. Good service from the staffs.
