   Never again. I had a very challenging experience with Russell &Russell for over a year. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, emailing and no reply for weeks. On many occasions the only way to get a response was to go in-store untill someone would talk to me. Our estate agents also struggled to get any updates and eventually it was done "as a courtesy". There was never even push or urgency to move things along and overall I had an awful experience. I can't see myself paying for your service again or recommending you to anyone. I'm sure this also stands true for my estate agents and the sellers estate agents.

   These solicitors are the most disgraceful, unprofessional and incompetent people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life! The lack of communication and the disgusting attitudes from them on a constant basis will genuinely aggravate you more than your current situation! I’m being dead serious when I say this ! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS ! They do not fight your corner, they do not communicate with people that are involved including yourself or officers (if they are involved) and when you reach out to retrieve information about your case you get ignored for no reason or a nasty attitude back ! Now idea how they’re still in business and they’ve made my mental health much worse than it needed to be !

   Staff put the phone down before you've finished. Conveyancing took 17 weeks for no legitimate reason other than solicitor delays. Even with these delays they refused to provide basic paperwork as they were too busy putting at risk us missing the completion date once again. Repeatedly we were offered a call back that never came and for all of this not even one apology.

   Jane Penman was absolutely brilliant in dealing with my PI claim. Always helpful, approachable and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Her extended team in particular, Fiona White was very friendly and always went out of her way to help. I highly recommend the PI team Russell and Russell, professional, quick and efficient. Very happy client :)
