   Ordered 2 quarter pounder and chips. Very disappointing. No cheese slice. Pinch of grated cheese, which.id never.seen before on a qtr pounder. When ask, told "that what we do" like that normal. Portion of chips abysmal. Asked for additional chips, came hot and undercooked. Wasn't expecting Gordon Ramsey just cheese!

1. DAVE THE ITALIAN DAD ★★★★★

   Is one of my favourite cafe near Gants Hill Station. My daughter lived here in the area fur a year, while in uni, and I come to this cafe often when visiting. It is a cafe where an Italian like me, addicted to DECENT cappuccinos, can soothe his craves. The coffee is quite good, the service is attentive and fast. When you order a muffin they warm it up in the microwave, to give you something hot and fragrant, with gooey chocolate..mhhh if your in the area and like good coffee, drop here. For a place without any Italian in, they are surprisingly good at cappuccinos!!

   I didnt like the way the food was prepared or arranged, i did not ask for the beans and the orange juice was not at all sweet or tropical. It was too small in quantity and quality the break fast. £13.00 is very over priced, please make the price decent, fair and affordable. Also do a better job with the work and presentation, dont just give it in a burger cardboard box style.

   Amazing food quality, amazing customer service on time, affordable and most importantly Mo and the lady were very very polite, friendly and customer supportive. Thank you so much guys Definitely will come here again and recommend all to come because the food, customer service and staff were all on point and everything was great. 20 out of 10 if not more as it is a good cafe.    Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered sandwiches week earlier, for a party for 9.45am and they didn’t even start working on them until we got there at 10.10am. They finally finished our pre-ordered sandwiches at 10.50am. Disgusting service and zero apologies from the slowest, two of the most useless and incompetent servers I’ve come across in a long time. Do not use them if you don’t have to. The cafe smells of urine too so waiting in there is not a pleasant experience. Avoid if you value your time and sense of smell.

   Just had breakfast and wasn't bad at all also better than next door . Good portion reasonable price , quick and good customer service. They should have 1 more person and only disadvantage is washroom in lower ground floor so no disabled toilet. I prefer them rather than nextfoor .
