    The food and atmosphere were excellent, but I did have an issue with the customer service. When I asked one of the Chinese/Asian staff member if the food was halal, she pretended not to hear me and asked me to repeat the question. The eventual response “the whole shop is halal” came across as rude and condescending. A simple, polite confirmation would have been appreciated.

    What can I say I’ve been to a lot of lounges and one thing I’ve experienced going to muze is their great customer service, no matter what it is they always give attention to detail and the flavours are always immaculate. It’s feels like home alway from home very nice ambience
