   I ordered caramel frappe with cream on top. Received my drinks in 3 mins . Costs 5.19p. Though the disable toilets were only for the customers but the stuffs were so kind and let the disabled people use them by imputing the code. Atmosphere was really good apart from some dirty tables. There were 3 stuffs on that time . One could easily clean up the tables for the new customers , specially when they saw that there are new customers coming . Anyway , they deserve 6.5/10 , I must say .

   Varsha was a kind and helpful girl. We enjoyed a delightful morning discussing whether a cinnamon roll contained alcohol. She eagerly checked the manual book listing all the ingredients and was thrilled to help. I truly appreciated her warmth and cheerful smile.

   As soon as I entered with my wife and kids, we were warmly welcomed by the girl at the counter and the guy near the coffee area. My mocha tasted amazing, and my kids really enjoyed their berry slush. Thank you, Rakhshan! The place was clean, and the aroma of fresh coffee was just incredible. Visited on Sunday, 1st June 2025 at 5:30 PM. I even bought some chocolate as a small gesture to appreciate the excellent service.

   The worst Costa I have ever been to. The colleagues talk to each other and get distracted easily instead of serving customers. When making drinks not paying attention and getting distracted easily. They leave the drink without letting customers know who’s drink it is. Inside is very dirty and needs cleaning.

   Buy the subscription if u stay in UK with near by pret cafe.its cheaper in a way u can get 12.50 pounds a month subscription if your first user and get 5 drinks per day with half an hour gap between each drink. Pay less and serve more if ur coffee or hot drink lover.U can share the subscription with friends as well.as its just a QR code scanner where no name is displayed.
