   Ridiculously lazy staff. wanted to order a slice of carrot cake and 2 coffees, it was 45 mins left till closing time. They said they cannot give me any cake despite there being one right there, they said that cake was for tomorrow and isnt yet on the till.

   Worst service ever. I was standing in a queue and the staff literally closed the store saying we are sorry we are closed now. Why would you take in the customers when you don’t want to serve them. Mistakes happen but this type of service i have never encountered. I had worked in retail too in past but never declined or asked any of my client/customer to go back when they were in the queue or standing to place the order. I could clearly see they all were still present and the machines were on and working So i requested for just a coffee which was declined on spot. Thanks.

   Good coffee and lovely surroundings. But the service is little slow as they don’t clean and wipe down the table after customers have finished their meal for long time.

   Very good service from Sadia. She is very hardworking and helpful., despite the shop being very busy, she has been very calm and very professional. Keep up the good work. Relaxing atmosphere to eat and drink. I am not too happy that she is working on her own and the shop has been very busy, hence waited a bit to be served and get my food. Extra support is needed in the shop for health & safety reasons etc
