I’d always heard good things about Joe Egan Solicitors, but my recent experience with Fiona Jackson was extremely disappointing. As a first-time buyer, I trusted her advice, she told me to proceed with the searches despite key documents being missing, then began pressuring me to close the sale when a significant number of documents were still outstanding. Communication was poor, emails were rarely answered, and she was usually unavailable when I called.

Emma, Ashely and Rachel were superb throughout, keeping us informed and reassured and then reacting when it looked like the matter was going to fall apart, calming the chain down and making sure we got over the line.
