   Whn lost the file on my transfer of equity after 6 weeks i contacted and it was only because of that call that it was made aware to everyone of this mistake. They also handles my family proceedings to which they have made a catastrophic mistake, tried to cover there mistake, charge me for works that come as a direct result of the mistake, left me unprepared for my final hearing, left me without a solicitor although they agreed to appoint a barrister to stand in this person was booked just 3 days before the hearing date leaving not much choice, didnt check evidence asked of me by the courts to ensure it was fit for purpose, the solicitor has now lied about his verbal instructions that led to my arrest for breach of non molestation order due to sending email i was permitted to send but was missed off the order from the courts that day, after complaining about these serious claims while speaking with the head of family law was told to let him speak only to be told to shut up! The professionalism from this firm is categorically disgusting they do not act in the best interests of the client nor do they uphold the law. I also left a trust pilot review to which they told me to contact them direct. I did and had to wait 3 days and around 20 phone calls and numerous emails before I got a response as I say only to get told to shut up. When my formal complaint was made altough i received confirmation from the companys director MS i was left 8 days and only received a response that day because i contacted them again. On that day I called there office 30 times back to back and got no answer during the middle of the day. What type of practice is this! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
