   Wouldn't let me in at 2 minutes to 7 to get puppy pads that nobody else in this place sells.. Just to add 7pm is closing,I would have been in and out by 7pm So thanks for being helpful bm

   Got a pen/dobber last week for £3.50. The pen doesn't work. Just been in to exchange for another one (i didnt have the receipt) was rudely told "sorry love, no receipt so we cant exchange it". As if i stole a £3.50 pen!

   Incredibly rude staff member female middle aged Ordered me out of the store because I had my tiny dog with me. I had already been advised by staff member in the kiosk that it would be fine, in fact he said that if anyone objected to tell them he gave me permission I was just swapping 2 cushions. She humiliated me in front of customers treated me like a criminal I will never shop there again No respect at all.
