   I have been working near this Tesco branch for more than a year, and I visit this store weekly 3 or 4 times. There is a security guard who follows me unnecessarily every time I enter the store. He looks at me as if I am homeless or something, which feels very racist and makes me feel uncomfortable. Sometimes he seems to be drunk, and during those times he tries to make unwanted jokes at me, which also makes me feel very bad.

   I have been visiting the shop for more than a year. I really love the price there . But the wired security guard follows me every single time. Is there any rule in the store to follow customers even after they enter ? This is so annoying and making a worst shopping experience. I’m surprised that many of them have already mentioned it before and no action has been taken till today.

   It had everything I wanted from it, but the two drawbacks for me are: 1. Lack of staff - I was there on a Sunday lunchtime, I'd a train to catch to the other side of the country and time was of the essence. I went to self-scan, but there was nobody even on the manned tills to help! Had to grab someone who was putting milk out to get me a bag! 2. Location - I was recommended it as it was on my way from where I was based for my stay in Sheffield, to the station. Not an easy find. Sainsbury, although across the road is a much easier shop. This to me seems too tucked away and not in an area I'd venture down in the winter months late afternoon or after dark.

   Was the first time for me to come to this store, when I firstly entered the store to buy some goods I had on my list, this security guard came all the way from where he was sitting on his chair to be literally 1 feet behind me stalking me everywhere I go, he kept following me and I asked him why he's doing that since he is making me so uncomfortable, but he didn't answer. So I put down my shopping basket and left the store without buying anything because of him. Very horrible experience... this is not the right way to do your job!

   Security guard follows you round like a shadow. Specifically every time I go in he walks right next to me. I've never stolen anything. He even stood right next to me when I used to bank machine outside. Today I asked him why and he just walked off. Stereotyping customers.

   Very poor experience from an arabic/pakistani employee. I waited for more than 10 mins so tyat he can approve our purchase and he saw us waiting at teill and just walked past without a concern. Atlast the guy who was cleaning the floor came upto us to complete our sale
