    John had a look at my car. Rather than offer me an “expensive guess” at what could be the issue, he gave me a solution to try first (which so far seems to have worked). He could have but refused to charge me for this. Absolute gentleman, just wanted to share my gratitude. An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold so I’ll be sure to use/recommend this place.

    Fantastic Team I have an elderly Rover..and I'm female, so wary of garages who purport to know best. The B&B Team are professional, down to earth, and know their stuff. They are one of the few garages left in Liverpool who can do an excellent welding job - which is how I came to know them, but since then, I have entrusted my very old car to their care and they have consistently come up trumps in fixing, maintaining and giving sound, sensible and honest advice. Recently, my bonnet suddenly flew up and smashed my windscreen. I feel that any other garage would have just called it a day for my car and declared it a write off - but not B&B. I got personal service, they pulled the stops out, and got me back on the road with all fixed and sorted within a few days, and as always - at a very fair price. I hesitate to use the phrase "old fashioned" because I have seen some top of the range modern stuff there being fixed. What they seem to offer is that old fashioned Concept of good honest work - well executed at a fair and acceptable price. As a female I have Never felt patronised. What's more their expertise and commitment to working to the best of their (considerable) ability, puts them in a class of their own in an increasingly rare category of Good Customer Service. Sorry if that all sounds a bit over the top - but Chuffed To Bits they keep my car on the road! Highly recommended.
