    We had a very disappointing experience with this company. We booked and paid for a limousine for a very important event with the participation of city authorities, but only one day before the event we were informed that the limousine was not available. The company did not take any responsibility to arrange a replacement limousine, and instead offered a party bus, which we never agreed to. This was a prestigious occasion, and our guests had travelled from different countries to attend. The offered vehicle was completely unsuitable for the nature of the event. We cannot recommend this company until it ensures that confirmed bookings are honoured, and customers are properly informed and supported when such issues occur.

    My daughter and her friends said this was the perfect start to their yr 6 leavers prom. Great communication throughout the booking process! They arrived early, friendly driver and the limo was immaculate. I'd definitely use this company again.

    My experience with Hollywood Cars from start to finish was fantastic! The Booking Manager, Jan, was super responsive and really accommodating. I booked the VIP Party bus to pick up our hen party from a city centre location and drive us out to our activity in Warrington and back. Driver was on time and really friendly; even let us make a stop at Tesco on the way back to pick up some more prosecco after we'd finished those provided by Hollywood Cars (and our own)! We could connect our own Spotify playlist to the iPad provided and they even played a slideshow I had put together of tonnes of photos of the bride to be! Would definitely use again for another big function and would definitely recommend!

    We had an amazing experience on the party bus for our staff Christmas party. The Driver and host were really friendly and professional, making sure we were all on and had music ready waiting for us. They were even so kind as to patiently take photos of us afterwards outside the bus also!
