   I had such a lovely experience at Caffè Nero today! Lucy was incredibly hospitable, she brought such a genuine sense of community and warmth to the visit. She took the time to chat and was really interested in my preferences, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find that kind of care in a coffee shop these days. I’ll definitely be visiting again! ☕

   Cosy, relaxed coffee shop, with friendly staff to get your order sorted in a timely fashion. It's situated opposite Sidcup's library, so is a good place to visit when you've had enough of the silence (or the book machines...)

   My son and I always pop into Caffè Nero if there is one nearby, they are so much better than the other well known coffee shops. Lovely coffee and cakes to be had. Plus the seasonal flavours of Christmas added to various hot drinks.

   I must say that the branch in Sidcup really has changed for the better. The customer service is amazing and that's something you can't buy. Very helpful, charming and made my day. Thank you so much and making the best black coffee a girl can ask for.

   Staff shockingly rude compared to other Nero cafes. The single toilet extremely dirty. The tables have coffee spills not cleared up, used trays, customers clean them if they want to sit down while the two staff are idling about. Huge disgrace to this wonderful brand, which is a shame.
