I have paid advanced £200 in the year 2019 to Northwest Solicitor to deal with my Home Office application. The Northwest Solicitors is a very unprofessional people and they have failed to deal with my application. I asked them to refund my money but they have failed to do so. I have now considering to make a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman Service for their unethical and unprofessional service. I will advice not to use the service.
Poor service I have received. They messed up my brother-in-laws personal injury claim. They are very unprofessional people. I worked there for one and half years and did not learn anything. I have introduced so many Bangladeshi clients to the company. The guy who is operating the solicitor firm did not pay my legal fee for the work I have done for this company. This firm is now under investigation by the SRA and Legal Ombudsmen Services.
Very unreliable law firm. Full of lies. Messed up my personal injury claim to the point the claims time had finished and then showed no remorse or regret that they had forgotten time scale. Solicitors have not got a clue what they are doing absolute disgrace.
