   Absolutely abysmal, my mother has been dealing with this atrocious company after they chased her due to an accident she was involved in. They convinced her to go with them and today she received a call that their office was broken into and all their computers were stolen. Then she was told “don’t worry we have a back up of your files”. Obviously GDPR laws broken as data not secured; and being told they would like to transfer her file to a different law firm as they can’t cope. She refused stating she does not give permission to transfer her data and then received a call from her original handler named Saleeha (who’s supposedly on maternity leave) calling her stating “even if you don’t agree or sign the transfer to another firm, it will be passed on regardless!” It’s obvious this is scam company ajd I too openly willing to break GDPR law. Let’s see what my legal team has to say about this.

   In all honesty? Amateur ambulance chasers who couldn't win a raffle if they only sold one ticket. Two and a half years, multiple case handlers, to be told eventually that my claim couldn't go forward because the cost of the parts involved in the repair of my car wasn't high enough to justify going to court for compensation for injury. My wife was verbally abused at one point during a telephone conversation and I myself threatened with legal proceedings to recover costs if I didn't reply to repeated emails asking for information that I had already supplied. The conditional fee agreement copy I've asked for has still to arrive showing any liability for this. Data handling was questionable as a copy of my medical records was mislaid between case handlers. It may well be that they are excellent in other fields of expertise but this experience has put me off ever considering using them again.

   I would like to thank and award the five stars to Natalie James, who took over my claim from too other members of staff who did not show the same diligence (it would have been 1 star), she is definitely an asset to this firm! She was extremely efficient, always returned my emails and calls keeping me well informed of every step of my claim, explaining the technical jargon and being genuinely interested and caring about my wellbeing . I would recommend this firm and to ask for Natalie if you want your claim dealt with effectively and want to know what is happening every step of the way without you having to call and check.

   I would like to say thank you to Saleha from Forseti law in the efforts she has put to improve communication. Despite the delays and stresses caused to me during the period of my claim, she showed professionalism and empathy and maintained clear communication channels to keep me updated on the steps that were taken. The area of improvement I would suggest is to ensure better internal alignment between the different handlers of a claim as there were multiple instances where I identified gaps in information transferred between my handlers and had to step in and provide them once again.
