   Very disappointing experience. I instructed Versus Law for a property purchase which was expected to complete by the end of November. Despite repeated chasers over several months, responses often took weeks and longer. I confirmed I was ready to proceed to completion in mid-November, but the transaction did not complete as planned and communication remained poor. When I raised a formal complaint in December, I received a phone call but no clear written explanation or plan was ever confirmed by email. I appreciate conveyancing can be complex, but the lack of proactive updates and failure to confirm progress in writing caused unnecessary stress and delay. I would not use this firm again.

   I would like to give a full 10* plus review for Asiya Kaleem a Commercial solicitor working within Versus Law Solicitors. Asiya as I’ve become to know is a very warm and approachable individual, this lady kindly came to me and offered the services of conveyancing the legal aspects of a property I purchased at auction! Along with her colleague David I felt an instant sense of trust and credibility from them both! We exchanged details on the day and Asiya got down to business immediately! Asiya was on the phone, text and email from the get go! Versus Law was also faultless and the reception staff are a true credit to the company in the efficient processing of any inquiries I had to make! Time was of the essence and Asiya dutifully completed all legal processes well before the four week deadline and with I think five days early! I genuinely hope to continue working with Asiya and definitely feel that I have a trusted partner on my side when it comes to legal matters that Asiya or Versus may be able to assist me with in the future! On a personal level Asiya Kaleem is a very good kind hearted individual with a warm caring nature that I would highly recommend!    I decided to sell a piece of land with Versus Law as reviews looked good and commission seemed reasonable. It has now been a year and a half. During this time, I have had to resend the same documents numerous times and responses to my queries have been delayed, vague and evasive. Thus creating unnecessary conflict between myself and the buyer. Some people I've spoken to have been helpful, but unfortunately don't have any power over the progress of the sale. I will consider updating this review if my case is looked at immediately and the sale finalized (as it should have been a long time ago)
