    I initially contacted SLS Solicitors due to ongoing repairs that I needed to my property. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to my landlord, the situation remained unchanged and the disrepairs were getting worse. When I spoke to SLS Solicitors they were really empathetic and patient whilst I explained my situation. SLS took on my case and after a few short weeks the repairs were completed on my property and they settled my case where I received my compensation.     This company has worked hard and long to make sure that my housing disrepair claim was completed smoothly. I’ve been getting fobbed off for almost 3 years by my landlord and SLS made sure I was treated with good care. They gave me surveyors/solicitors/advisors who all worked in a professional manner to ensure my claim won. I received compensation and also a schedule of work to be completed. They dealt with pretty much everything, they even managed to get me put in a hotel whilst I was waiting for work to be completed. Absolute bang on service. I Couldn’t ask for any more really. The only difficult thing throughout this whole process was my landlord. Absolutely recommend this company to everyone.

    All the staff from beginning to end were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend SLS solicitors for housing disrepair to anyone who feels like their landlord are not listening to your housing problems. SLS have resolved and managed to get a settlement agreed within two months from when I contacted them. I was so frustrated with my landlord for the past seven years I have had problems with leaks and damages. They weren’t willing to resolve the ongoing problems until SLS got involved.
