   Went week ago tables filthy had to ask staff for cloth to clean our selves . Sat by the door little armchairs all torn and really unclean should be thrown away . Not good won’t go back again much better nearby .

   Every visit here is a pleasure – the staff are all genuinely friendly, polite, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. Today I changed my order from a medium to a grande and was happy to pay the extra, but they just smiled and said it was fine. Such a thoughtful gesture that made my day. I even popped back again in the afternoon! It’s those little things that keep me coming back every day.

   I actually really enjoyed my visit here. Coffee was good as normal and its a lot less busy in here compared with the Eltham branch. Also its was freezing outside and this shop was extremely warm and comfortable. Staff polite and friendly. Needs to start selling almond milk !

   The best Costa around, the staff are all so friendly and accommodating. I no longer live upstairs but still travel to Blackfen when I can, as its much better than the Costa I live by. Love it in here.

   Not bad, my wife seems to continually have a problem getting the staff to make a skinny cappuccino for some reason. The coffee I had wasn't particularly hot.
