   This is the main Costa that I visit for convenience. Spacious big windows, variety of people. Staff are heroic under the circumstances of a store obviously being wound down prior to refurbishment or closure. Stained chairs, upholstery coming out, faded signs on the toilet doors, taps that wouldn't work properly. I would hate to work there. My main beef is that the toaster doesn't toast. It's obviously still the original when Costa opened. If the toaster doesn't toast it isn't reaching high enough temperatures to be warming up anything sufficiently for health and safety reasons. I have tried contacting Costa via their online form (doesn't work) and other means and have spoken to the staff who don't know anything but that is not their fault.

   The older lady with blonde hair has no service skills and is rude. It seems they have no idea how to run an F&B outlet.

   My experience here has been extremely unpleasant multiple times unfortunately. The items are overpriced, the servers could have treated me better and the toilets were disgusting. I was told I needed a code for the toilets and it would be on my reciept, only I had never been offered or given one. I asked for the code and the worker decided to just open the door for me instead. I went in, to find a stiff lock and blocked toilet. The flush was broken and the whole room smelled of urine. Also may I mention they charged me £4 for a very poor flat white...hoping improvements come in soon.

   Stopped in whilst it was pouring down with rain for a hot chocolate and toastie to do some laptop work. The atmosphere was quiet as it was just before school finished. There were other laptop users so I had to walk around little to find a plug socket. Ordering my food and drink was quick and simple. However receiving them was another story. Between three people behind the counter. Neither of them could get my hot chocolate order correct on the first go. My toastie was left out waiting as they tried to correct my chocolate order. Eventually they got it right; luckily the shop was relatively quiet. Can’t imagine if there was a rush..

   Not very attentive this lot. Latte was nice but my millionaire shortbread was stale and I had to ask twice for it after paying.

   Waited in line for only a few minutes. Service was friendly and quick. I had a medium cappuccino. Tasted good. Big shop with plenty of seating. I didn't eat but noticed a wide selection of hot and cold options. Will visit again.

   My favourite Costa because there’s so much space, great views from the floor to ceiling windows and lots of seating types. You never feel rushed out, always leave feeling welcomed and like I was at a second home.

   Premier Inn, Sidcup- an awesome stay with great staff and food - big shout out to Sarah the breakfast chef and Brook who went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed at breakfast. Keep up the great work kids.
