   I go to Costa Coffee every day, so I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy the brand, but my experience at the Sidcup High Street branch has been disappointing. One of the baristas seemed irritated when I asked for my coffee without foam. I wasn’t given a tray and the drink was spilled, which made the visit stressful. I’ve also noticed that some staff don’t wear an apron or follow good hygiene practices, which is not what I expect from Costa. As a customer from a different background, I also felt like I wasn’t being treated the same as others. I’m not saying this was intentional, but no one should feel judged or treated differently because of their colour or who they are. The overall service and the quality of the coffee at this branch are much lower compared to other Costa locations I visit regularly. It’s a big contrast to what I’m used to. On the positive side, one of the lady who works there is always polite and helpful. She made me a new coffee straight away, and her attitude was very professional and apologized I hope management looks into customer service, hygiene and consistency so this branch can match the standards of other Costa stores.

   Such a lovely place to just chill and and have a drink or snack. Bruna is just fantastic. Always cleaning, serving and smiling. No wonder customers keep coming back.

   Had a very pleasant time on a Friday morning. Staff is busy -you can tell they are a bit stretched with just 2 of them- but were very kind and kept a smile. The cafe is much more spacious and brighter than suspected from the outside. Quiet bit lively. Will be back

   Every time I have to come here because nero shuts earlier I get so annoyed that they have a petty labels on their plugs saying not to use... absolute nonsense and lazy of Costa as a company.
