   Very rude service, served a hot drink angrily, which spilled it on my daughter. Very dirty, a part of the coffee maker fell into the trash right in front of me without washing it, and the employee put it back in. Never again!

   My go to coffee shop always! Drinks are always so tasty and refreshing, the cakes are very good too. Especially the Belgian chocolate cheesecake! Staff are always very kind and care for their customers. I visit atleast a couple times a week, cannot go without Caffè Nero’s iconic iced latte. Xx

   Toilets are absolutely disgusting, clearly not been cleaned properly in years, water all over the floor, broken tiles, years old grime over the pipes. Homeless person and his staff/pitbull asleep in the front corner whilst charging his iPhone 20 for free(no coffee required).... whole corner of the cafe unused due to the presence on him and the dog. Symptomatic of the state of Bexleyheath.

   A quick visit today. It was for just a coffee but as always we were tempted by the lovely Cheesecake. This visit was even better today by the 25% discount from my Meerkat savings.

   The coffee is comparable to other Caffe Nero chain stores. This store is lacking somewhat in the operational department. There are only three staff members working on a busy Saturday afternoon. This resulted in stacks of coffee cups left everywhere , and the baristas giving takeaway cups even for dine-in customers. The regional office needs to provide the poor staff a little help.

   Beats a Costa experience in Bexleyheath. Has an amazing atmosphere and little booths and tables to sit at. Great ambience. Lovely and luxurious food. Great coffee. Decent cakes. What more do you need?
