Eaten here multiple times now for their breakfasts & afternoon teas, and every single time has been incredible! All staff are super friendly and always check if you need anything else. The food and beverages have always tasted delicious, mine and my partners favourite place to come to! We travel 40 minutes just to eat here! To make it extra special, the decor is simply beautiful, and every season (Halloween, Christmas etc) is decorated for. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Beautiful cafe on the Sidcup High Street. It has both outdoor and indoor seating. The indoor seating is interesting and tastefully done. Also neat and clean. We ordered cappuccinos on the go, which were quickly prepared and tasted good. They had a good selection of cakes. Its right across the Lombourey Park- so one can grab a coffee and have it there. Lovely cafe overall.

Super cute location for brunch, we had the pancakes and eggs royal, we also had an Oreo milkshake and tried the smoothies and the avo go go was my favourite. Such a cute little place to go for brunch with the girls, the staff were so lovely and the food was delicious. I 10/10 recommend, you should definitely try it out if you’re in sidcup!

Just attended here today and was so incredibly disappointed. Thought I’d take my mum for brunch and it was horrid. Last year the food was lovely but this year it was inedible. The eggs Benedict was gross, the eggs were severely undercooked, gooey and the yolk was still raw - attached a photo which is hard to see but the yolk was just sitting in all the gooey jelly stuff like still perfectly rounded and not cooked, the pork was dry, grey and covered in mustard. Costing almost Β£40 it was not worth the money as we left pretty much all of it apart from my sister who had a sandwich. I’ve come away feeling very disappointed, hungry and sad as it was a treat for my mother and she couldn’t stomach the second egg. 100% not worth the price and sadly wasn’t to our taste.nobody came over to ask how our food was so didn’t want to make a scene by going up and complaining as it’s a small place and they’d already taken the money. Really regret paying for it.

Came here as it was en route to my destination, the reviews looked very promising; well let’s say that The Chunky Teapot did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by Maisy who gave me a menu & advised me to come up to the counter when I was ready order. Now for the food, order what I usually would; Eggs Royale. Came really quickly & well presented. This is without a doubt the best Eggs Royale I’ve ever had. Poached to perfection, with a great half moon shape and tasty enough for a king. #ShoutOut2TheChef Reasonably priced food/drinks, clean, unique styling, very welcoming & friendly staff. Highly Recommended!
