   I didnt get to chose these solicitors, they were given to me from my legal cover insurance. Initially I was incorrectly advised I was going to lose 25% (possibly 36%) of my claim to their costs. This was not right. Then I was advised I had to pay £4000 for a hire car, again this was incorrect. I lost my patience when Louise from this company then advised if i was not happy I could go elsewhere, which I was MORE than willing to do. No advice was given about the offers from the guilty party. but suffice to say I was NOT advised what to do for the best. When advised to think about the offer, and then subsequently doing some research, Louise was quite abrupt, asking me if i was not happy with her service. NO, I wasn't happy and wanted to get advise elsewhere. Ultimately the case was closed. I received ALL the money and I am glad not to have to be using their service again any time soon. I would have dreaded this going to court, 1/10

   This is the second time that we have used Colin Bethell at Pabla & Pabla for our conveyancing and it has been another smooth experience. His knowledge is excellent and he understands the process from all perspectives. He has a great rapport with the other side's conveyancing team and the agent which means all actions are completed on time and in full. We had two sales with very different buyers and agents and Colin really reassured that completion would happen on the agreed dates - which it did! The initial questionnaires were much simpler via the app this time, no lengthy forms to complete and return. Highly recommended.
