Excellent Garage, friendly staff. A warning light came on our Audi while we were holidaying in the area, a friend recommended Lloyds. New brake pads were ordered and fitted the same day giving us peace of mind for our long journey back home. Thank you for doing a great job with amazing customer service!
If i could give this garage negative stars I would! No customer service- acting like you are bothering them. Very poor communication with complete lack of updates on what was going on with my car for days on end. Refused to give a quote for how much the work would be, and took a week to do a few hours worth of work. Absolutely terrible and would not recommend going here!
Lloyds Garage serviced my car. I am so pleased with them. The staff are courteous & helpful. They checked with me before renewing a number plate & sorting out the brakes, which I appreciated. Costs are kept to a minimum. All done & dusted within a few hours. Brilliant. I can happily recommend them.
Friendly customer service. However, like a typical garage, if they can cut corners, they will. Not overly satisfied with the quality, in regards to the repairing done on the car before buying it. As I’m now having issues at cost, due to this. They wouldn’t even replace the interior mirror, which would’ve cost them no more than £25… Not a necessity, but just goes to show how much they care about their customers and pride when selling a car

Bought a used car from Lloyds garage as part of a part exchange with my car. Fair price given for my car Car I got was in good condition. Dealt with by Joe, who was friendly and professional. Had the mot done before picking up the car, Joe kept me updated with when it would be ready for me. Even sent me back a couple of items I left in the car by post a couple of days later. All in all, a good experience.
After searching for an first automatic car came across a mini this little garage. Joe is so friendly and not pushy at all and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The car also had a 3 month warranty- the back light and wing mirror mechanism wasn’t working after a month. Contacted Joe who got me booked in quickly and the issues were fixed within 2 hours!
