   This garage has been absolutely amazing with us, Paul the owner & his team have really looked after us and our van. Paul understood that we live in our van full time and couldn’t do enough for us. The cost of the repair was reasonable and the work they did on our van was thorough, would highly recommend this garage, Jane in the office was really helpful also, we won’t be going anywhere else in future.

   As always, Paul is an amazing, helpful and understanding mechanic. Sorted my car out today, was expecting an astronomical bill for a new gear box but the expertise shown by the mechanics meant it was a £70 repair. Couldn’t recommend this garage enough. Very knowledgeable and just an all round friendly environment, even for people who know nothing about cars like me! :)

   Absolutely brilliant! I purchased a Pajero to tow my boat, from my ex-mechanic (his safety vehicle) with a historical starting issue, mainly over winters. After several fails (and the Mitsubishi forum's pieces of advice), I discovered Paul Yates, this garage gem. Paul completely irradiated the problems for me. For the last two years, my vehicle has started every time, the first time, and this has now been over two winters. I am heading back there now with a completely different inquiry, so I thought I would do this review. It's taken me a couple of years to do it!

   Sorted out our diesel car which had issues with the injectors and managed to fit us in over Xmas which was great. Can't say if they are competitive price wise or not as we where recommended by the roadside assistant who came to recover us so didn't shop around and couldn't quote as it was a difficult to diagnose fault (no fault codes or other clues other than it would not turn over) guys where super friendly.

   Brilliant experience. Car broke down was fixed within 2 days despite how busy they were. Im a huge worrier however the lady that answers the phone and Paul himself left me feeling at ease every time i phoned them, even if i did phone them 4-5 times a day haha. Thank you so much to all the team.

   Worse experience in my life with this garage. Job took forever to be done, cost was astronomical and as they missed deadline for re-testing for MOT they still felt it’s ok to charge me for new one. Customer service by the lady who picks up the phone is non. Mess left in car when I picked it up. I wouldn’t recommend this garage in the slightest.

   When something goes wrong with my Abarth, I ALWAYS take it to Paul and the gang. He looks after my car and doesn't rip you off. Always a good price and won't do anything until they have spoken to you. I would highly recommend this garage for your motoring needs for sure.

   We were taken to Paul’s garage by the RAC after a clutch malfunction coming off the Belfast ferry. Upon arrival Paul was 100% straight with me telling me parts had to be ordered in and would not arrive for a couple of hours. As soon as parts arrived, they were fitted but unbeknown to anybody, there were more serious problems. Paul was not to know this until new parts were fitted and could not have been more decent with us, he arranged for the RAC to recover my vehicle to Ireland and onwards for repairs at a garage beside me at home under a warranty claim. He explained the whole process to me and said that he could do the work but that I would be better getting it done in Ireland as this would make the warranty claim easier for me. He could just as easily have repaired said nothing and charged me a fortune, but he does not work like that, he is all about customer care.He is a totally genuine man who helped us immensely. I am diagnosed with Dementia for 4 years and when I was panicking and flustered, Paul took over and handled everything magnificently. He even took me to a car rental place which took him over an hour out of a very busy work schedule. We could not have been looked after better, if you want to deal with a real honest genuine friendly character who listens, explains and does a fantastic job, Get yourself to this garage and receive true solid GENUINE 5STAR SERVICE WITH HONESTY from a man who is more than a mechanic, he is a really wonderful helpful man!!!! Thank You Paul for your unbelievable help, it is so greatly appreciated at such a stressful time.
