   Car passed the MOT. Even if it failed I'd be happy, as they'd have found something dangerous. I think this is the 40th MOT they've done in 20 years. Haven't always passed first time, but when the car has failed they've offered good advice on repairing it.

   Great service from friendly staff at very reasonable prices. I had a water ingress problem that a Ford garage wanted at least £200 to fix due to the Labour charge for the time tracing the leak. The boot was filling up with water' its a common problem with Ford Focus's due to a design fault. Catteralls did it for £60 and fitted a side light bulb at cost without even being asked to when they noticed it was out. Incidentally an old chap was dropping his car off when I was picking mine up and one of the staff drove him to Formby Stn for a train, no charge. Brilliant service that you would never get from a main dealership garage. But here's the part that blew me away. They wouldn't take my money and insisted i drive it for a few days in the rain to ensure the issue had been solved, which it had. Above and beyond wasn't in it. My biggest regret is that I spent 5 years using main dealership garages.
