Slow to do work taking over 3 weeks to sort a simple job out with excuses of ordering parts. Not enough staff to do the jobs will never use again. They never ring back when they say they will only wanted the price so I know what to expect. Avoid save yourself time and money. Better garages in Berry St bootle.
Professional and great service as always
Went in for brake check. Brakes still making noise after collection. Oh..and a 30 odd mile discrepancy in mileage from when I dropped it off to when I collected it. Dashcam footage disconnected for 6 hours. Wouldn't use this garage again.
Very helpful family run business. Looks after my dad who is really old and my brother who has mobility issues. You can trust John and his team to do a good job at a reasonable cost.
