I was a regular customer since Costa open in Wanstead until now . All our family member go Costa but from today I am not going Costa anymore. Manager is very rude, no manners. All bakery is not fresh , left over bakery so I stop buying bakery. We have a nice others coffee shops around us.
Friendly staff so this gets 5 stars just for that, however it is an average Costa with the same drinks and food. It has a very limited amount of outdoor seats with some couches inside that are usually taken due to being the best seats.
Costa Coffee is a great spot for a quick coffee break or a relaxed catch-up. The coffee is always good, and they have a nice selection of snacks and pastries. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is usually friendly. A reliable place for a quality coffee experience!
Best place for refreshments or short meetings. I really enjoy their summer drink specially Lemonade and mint drink is really yummy. Cafe look really clean and tidy. Also service was really good. Highly recommended friends and family

I ordered a medium and this is what i got. So glad I didn't order a small.
Staff were rude and intent on speeding customers through. Although requesting elements of a drink most were left out of finished article except the price. Service level was not acceptable. There were no straws available meaning drinks being open to the elements rather than under plastic dome, this also made drinking a hazard. A better job of preparation would have been carried out at home. Heated food was nothing of the sort. In All a Disgraceful service and performance, Avoidance would be best option.
Beuatiful shop, friendly staff, clean and tidy, excellent service.
Simple maintenance on the entrance door would stop it whining and squeaking. Oil spray would remedy this in two minutes. Another branch of Costa, another noisy door. Staff service area door on Leytonstone High Rd branch: bangs loudly when falling shut. It's highly disturbing as staff use it (the vestibule door) very often.
