Went in this morning on a very busy day but the staff was very nice, friendly and efficient. They make amazing coffee especially caramel latte with cream. They’re always welcoming and kind, always smiling and professional especially abdul. Thank you and would definitely recommend
They are lucky I can't give 0 stars. Shop was empty the worker was more occupied talking to his friend and showing stuffs on his phone. After spending 5m waiting, I decided to leave and he wanted to serve him. Not ethical at all.
This Costa has truly provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Elona and Anastasia, whose lovely smiles and exceptional service immediately stood out. They consistently go above and beyond to make each visit feel special, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The drinks and food are top notch and the cakes are always fresh . Due to their attention to detail, professionalism, and polite demeanor the customer service they provide are top notch.

Situated on Leytonstone High Road next to the old Barclay's Bank near towards the Green man roundabout, close to McDonald's. Large store with seating out, and towards the rear with ample power points for electrical devices. Standard costa Coffee menu served with a smile. Male and female WC and disabled facilities available on entry and exit. Normally fairly quiet, but can get busy on occasions. Members of polite and efficient.
Been here with our with our grand daughter. Okay for coffee and snacks. Staff friendly enough and generally not too crowded especially recently on the run up to Christmas . Snacks on sweet side and coffee okay.

This place was in desperate need of a bit of TLC and it's had a refurbishment and looks great. Super clean and tidy. They now sell M&S food and it's a much better environment to enjoy a coffee
