   The coffee and pizza here was worth a purchase, it has very relaxing outside seating. Staff here were very friendly, the shop inside is dated but didn’t mind as I always opted to sitting outside. 5* and worth a visit if your in the park/area

   I hope this cafe never closes and helped to be maintained and be even better. The cafe is so important to families and the local community. Sadly Barking has become an absolute rookery , and barking park once being a landmark is one of the very few things left that gives the town any appeal and would be in despair without it. Keep the cafe, and the warm friendly people who run it and ai hope the local government make it even great again.

   I have been coming to the Big Friendly Coffee for a number of years now and cannot recommend it enough. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming, always providing the very best customer service. They always get my coffee order just right (which some other coffee shops struggle to do) and they offer a wide selection to cold drinks as well as sweet and savoury food at a reasonable price. What I like most about the Big Friendly Coffee is the family friendly nature, and they always have a great range of activities for children which always seems appreciated by parents when they come by. Overall, a great place to come and relax for a couple of hours!

   The best coffee shop ☕️ my fav coffee shop. It's by a lake with an amazing view, its the perfect spot. I love coming here at all times esp in the mornings it's peaceful and calm, the staff are friendly and they work so hard. Its a family run buissness so respect to them. The shop makes a difference, for example you get some elderly people that are lonely (some I know) and they would come spend time in the place where its peaceful. 10/10

   Nice cafe especially for families. Toys available for children to play with. Nice space at the back of the cafe for children to sit and play. Nice variety of food available, including lunch for children. Friendly staff. This cafe also runs a phonics session for children every Monday at 10am which is a lovely group. Cafe also used to run arts and crafts classes for kids although I’m not sure if they still run it now. Other classes such as buggy walks etc are advertised there. Nice atmosphere especially for parents who have children with them.
