   I visited Paratha Junction for breakfast with my children, friends, and their kids. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience, and I won’t be returning. To start with, the restaurant is not wheelchair or buggy friendly, which made things difficult for families with young children. Parking was another issue — street parking is very limited, and unless you’re very lucky, you’ll need to spend time struggling to find a space. We waited around 40 minutes for our food. I understand the restaurant was very busy; however, we had been seated for a long time with children who were waiting patiently. Some communication, reassurance, or even a simple apology would have gone a long way. When I approached the lady at the till to ask about our order, instead of being polite or understanding, she became argumentative and dismissive, repeatedly stating, “You can see it’s busy.” Her voice became loud, which made the situation uncomfortable, with other customers looking on. There was no apology, no patience, and no appreciation for the long wait. We also ordered Punjabi chai, expecting it to be served properly and hot. Unfortunately, the tea was cold and not made to the standard expected, which meant we couldn’t enjoy it at all. This was very disappointing, especially as chai was something we were really looking forward to with our breakfast. However, good food alone does not make up for poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and basic courtesy. This was our first visit, and due to the poor service, accessibility issues, parking difficulties, and disappointing experience overall, it was not a good visit. Sadly, we will not be returning and would not recommend this place, especially to families.

   We went to Paratha Junction for breakfast, and despite it being very busy, the experience was wonderful. At first, there was only one lady managing the place on her own, and she truly deserves special appreciation. She handled the crowd with remarkable ease, stayed calm, efficient, and welcoming, and made sure everyone was taken care of without any fuss. Her dedication and hard work really stood out and added a personal touch to the visit. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was satisfying and comforting, making it a perfect start to the day. The atmosphere, though lively due to the morning rush, felt warm and inviting, with the buzz of happy customers enjoying their breakfast. What makes Paratha Junction even more special is that it’s one of the only good places open at 6 a.m. on a Saturday morning. We’ll definitely be coming back again for breakfast. A great place with great food and even better service.

   I visited Paratha Junction in Seven Kings early in the morning around 6 with two friends. The shop had just opened, so we expected a bit of a wait, and our English breakfasts took about 20 minutes to arrive. The lady serving us was kind and polite, which set a good tone for the visit. It wasn’t busy inside, mostly people stopping by for takeaway tea or coffee. The breakfast itself was decent but nothing special. The mushrooms were quite dry which was upsetting, though the rest of the plate was fine. Overall, it was an average breakfast with good service, but not something I’d rush back for at that hour.

   Good food,needs attention on service. ……… Returned today after long time. No improvement to service Waiting got longer. When taking orders, lady spoke rude, does not care. However one positive, she apologised for serving food late almost 40 minutes late. We were debating just before the food was served if we should change our order to takeaway. Reason, parking fees comes into force from 08:30. Reduced rating to reflect feedback from current and previous visit. Sorry, you need to maintain your standard to retain your customers

   Absolutely loved the food at Paratha Junction! The mooli paratha and aloo paratha were incredibly flavorful, perfectly spiced, and served piping hot with butter on top. The real standout for me was the desi saag—rich, authentic, and just like home-cooked Punjabi food. Everything tasted fresh and was made with love. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving genuine North Indian comfort food. Will definitely be back!

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered before everyone however my order took 30 minutes to make a simple sandwich, when I said I wanted a refund they rushed the sandwich. I will not be spending anymore money with this business especially when their staff are ignorant, rude and have no courtesy towards their customers. Good riddance.

   A breakfast cafe with an Indian twist, I had a beautiful experience in this homely setting enjoying the totally authentic Punjabi cuisine. I recommend to everybody. Absolute value-for-money too.
