They are helping me, only started work with them this week as im getting frustrated,with the answers,I've been getting from big business. Up to now everything has been explained to me.
I am still waiting patiently for payment from Michael Morgan in connection with professional work undertaken on behalf of this firm of solicitors on 28.1.20 Invoice No: 2020/10 Ref: MEM.GROGAN- 15362.1. This is despite having emailed on many occasions and also spoken to secretary Anne. So my question is what else can I do. This is not the way I expect to be treated.

Agree with the last person here, Don't bother with these. Don't keep you updated, had to chase all the time, almost 2 years to do literally nothing. The person dealing with it changed every single time too. Someone else I got talking to with similar experience went with another firm and from the beginning were they were all over it, these can't handle it definitely made a mistake choosing this firm. They don't deserve 1 star. And to the last person who commented on here - why not take legal action against these? You shouldn't have a problem because these don't seem to know what they're doing, and that's out of order anyway.
This is a brilliant company who not only look after their clients well, they take an interest in the local events as well. They recently handed out much appreciated free bottles of water to the runners of the Stockport 10km, and they also have sponsored me in my journey to the Olympic trials as a swimmer at Stockport Metro. I couldn't have done it without them.
Making a will is probably the last thing on everyone's mind as it turns our thoughts to darker places we don't wish to visit. However, it is so important to leave your beneficiaries without unnecessary complications at what will be (hopefully) a very emotional occasion. I must thank O'Neill Morgan as a company and Francesca as an individual for making this process painless but more importantly exactly as I want my estate settled, having understood all the implications. Recommended!!
