   Disgusting level of service. I would be left 6 months at a time, sometimes longer, waiting for a response for the simplest of things. When It comes to you owing them money, they'll kindly take the time to remind you weekly. My claim started in early 2021 and wasn't settled until 2025, at which point I was still expected to remember intricate details from an incident 4 years prior. Long story short i had to drop the claim and pay for the medical expenses they had accrued. Avoid these lazy people at all costs

   Constantly get out of office reply to all my emails, been waiting nearly a month for a reply regarding my claim for a car crash that happened in May last year, the other driver was arrested on scene as was completely intoxicated and yet still no further along with anything. Wish I'd had read the reviews before going with this completely unprofessional company.

   Really bad experience. The other party accepted liability I had a witness to my car incident and I've had back problems ever since. Over a year later and I'm no closer to finding closure for my case. I wrote an email of complaint which was not even acknowledged. Everytime I email I receive an "out of office" reply. I only wish I had read the negative reviews from other individuals I could have saved myself alot of stress and upset. This company do not care about their clients at all. PLEASE do your research and find someone willing to help you in your situation.

   Absolutely Dreadful Company! If you want a proper Claims handler, go elsewhere. Our claim took them over 4 years and they milked the other side for £22,000 in charges and court costs (No Fault claim).....we ended up with £800 after they had taken their cut! Considering I'm left in a wheelchair after the crash....and all they could get me was £800, shocking! We will NEVER use these again, and certainly NEVER recommend them. Avoid like the Plague!
