   Shop charges customers for card payments under £5, even though surcharges were banned in 2018 They restrict paypoint to a minimum £5 payment, and overrule minimum payments set by suppliers, cash machine now charges £1.25. it's been my local shop for 8 years but I have lately found myself going elsewhere due to there restrictions.
