   My case handler was Elif, very patient, professional and extremely supportive. It was our first time buying a house and did not understand the process, the jargon’s or even where to sign, Elif was never tired of explaining until I understood. She was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the process. She was always available when I telephoned and listened attentively, nothing was too much for her. I will give her 1000/100. She is absolutely fantastic!!!

   We were recommended Ahmed Bashir at Gorvins Solicitors, and we are so glad we went with him. From the very start, Ahmed was quick, easy to contact, and always happy to explain anything we didn’t understand. He constantly put our minds at ease and made the whole process feel so much less stressful than we expected. We had a lot of problems with the seller’s solicitors, and Ahmed was incredible throughout. He chased them when nothing was moving and somehow managed to get progress even when it felt impossible. He never left us waiting around and always kept us updated. The biggest moment for us was when we were suddenly given a 45 minute window to exchange.    My partner and I just completed on our first home and we cannot thank our case handler, Rachel Hewitt, enough for how fantastic she has been. Throughout the whole process, Rachel guided and reassured us to make our purchase as seamless as possible. We were kept in the loop all the time and Rachel was extremely efficient. Gorvins were recommended by our insurance broker and I went for them as their pricing was so much more reasonable that our local solicitors. What I didn't know was how good they would be! Our case handler Tiffany Wilcox communicated regularly and punctually, took time to address any queries I had and above all was super efficient - such that the whole process from mortgage application to completion was 3 weeks!
