A nice, spacious Nero. Lots of seating, although it does get very busy in here. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
The staff are great, always make great coffee and quick! But it does need a revamp. And the music is too loud at the back.
Caffe Nero, Epping, is convenient and pleasant enough. The thing that lets it down is the need for a refurb. Some chairs are really worn and the decor needs freshening up. Worst of all the toilets are rather grotty and need a deep clean and new fixtures and fittings. This is true for the Loughton and to some extent Chingford cafes too. They really need to up their game. Its a shame for the staff, who try their best, and for the customers who pay a small fortune.

Very run down and tired looking interior, not like my usual experiences in High Barnet and Finchley. A young lady was laid on the Chesterfield , feet on the chair, watching something on her phone loudly, mentioned it to a member of staff and he just shrugged his shoulders.
Assume the tables and floors were dirty due to only two staff working on xmas eve. It may also explain why we were served in paper cups when drinking in. However there is no excuse for plastic lids to be used when drinking in. Every customer removed their lid after walking 10 feet to their table. #thinkoftheplanet
Excellent food, drink and atmosphere, couldn't fault it! Love the relaxing music in the mornings and the Brazilian coffee is excellent, by far the best around.
Smart - stylish - clean - friendly knowledgeable - relaxed - comfy . One of the first cafes to provide free water. They know what background music should be. A little pricey but worth it for the relaxing vibes
