Proper old school family run café. We had a full English and it was delicious. The bread used is exceptionally good. The staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend.

I visit here whenever I drop my cars off for MOTs nearby. Every time I am greeted politely, there is usually room to get in and the food is what you expect from a cafe. The menu is quite extensive with various breakfast and other options. The staff are friendly and I've not been disappointed with anything I've had. I look forward to my next visit.

The bubble is my absolute favourite and you must get an egg on top. The runny yolk is just divine. I come here often and will be back soon!

Lovely staff, my friend Gary and I really enjoyed our fried breakfast, good value for money, worth going there!

Visited here while my car was getting MOT nearby. Food was good, decent value for money, and it was warm; just what I needed while waiting for my car. The staff are very friendly, and down to earth, especially the very kind lady serving who saw I was unwell and coughing a bit, and got me a (free) glass of water, then topped it up later, without asking. Kindness goes a long way, as does a smile and unpretentious, caring, smiling customer service, and I will definitely be returning when back in the area.

First time visiting this cafe, would not return in a hurry ! Ordered a Tuna Jacket potato, when it arrived portion size was very small for £6. Chef did ask if I would like a another potato, as he saw it looked small. In my opinion if you see it not adequate to serve then don’t put it on the plate.

Food is ok, really like their bread rolls, but this cafe is not good value. The £4.80 breakfast baguette consists of one sausage, one egg, tomato and one rasher of bacon. I said I didn’t want tomato but they still charged £4.80. You can the same deal in a roll for £3.80, doesn’t make sense. All the sandwiches are the same, the fillings don’t match the prices. The picture is a sandwich, one sausage sliced into four pieces... very skimpy.
