   Very bad experience with this cafe. Did not receive the initial order of 1 x Full English + Custom order 2 egg, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, beans, mushrooms, chips. Our order was given to another customer, then we waited a bit longer for the order to be redone which then came back with an incorrect full English claiming it to be the custom order. After explaining it was not the custom order as it had hash Brown's and tomatoes, it was taken back. We made the decision to get a refund as we had been there over 40mins and needed to do our shopping. The male member of staff obviously frustrated with his colleges due to the arguments you could hear in the background snapped at us that it was the correct custom order as it had the mushrooms. Recommend people to take the 1 - 2 minute walk round the corner to Diana's Cafe opposite the clock tower.

   Self service machine is not working due to no till role, request them to put the till roll, been advised someone will do it later, so go to actual till for order, but I would like to see what i am ordering instead of just telling the cashier, when I explained her she asked me to go out and see the photos what i want and she can order Accordingly, seriously i just ordered scrambled eggs on toast, only 2customer in the cafe with 3 member of staff, and no time for to simply change the till role, come on it can be way better organised to avoid this.

   I'm giving this three stars as I think the cafe in Morrisons has gone down hill. Don't know if they had new management but putting toast in a tin where you can have chips or onion rings in isn't right. Would rather have the toast on a plate. When ordering food they didn't have rolls for a sausage sandwich and they couldn't put it on bread. This is disgusting and not like the Morrisons cafe I use to love. Gone really downhill in my books

   Terrible customer service. The lady at the till talks with disrespect, she's shouting at customers, doesn't reply when she's asked. Leaves the till before you finish the order and doesn't says anything, leaves you waiting for minutes. Her hygiene leaves you wonder about the quality of your food. Never will come back here.

2. Wise “Brookie” Old Man ★★★★☆

   Food is ok, portions could be bigger. Can wait a while at times for your order to be delivered to your table. Have seen some people complaining about the quality of the food but not had a problem myself. They also serve roasts on a Sunday. Varied choice on the menu and kids portions as well. Prices are reasonable.
