Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t use this place again. Charged £50 for a check on my car that wasn’t checked properly and was on the ramp for less than 5 mins, not even that. i should have just threw the £50 away! Communication was awful, didn’t even get a run down of what was wrong with my vehicle. sorry but id avoid if i was you!
Very disappointed with M Hurst Garage. I went in with a heating issue and was told to replace the heater matrix, which didn’t fix the problem. Later advised it might be electrical, then told to come back under warranty. The matrix was supposedly replaced, but there was no improvement. A year later, another garage explained the job actually required flushing the heater core — something never mentioned. I also reported a cruise control issue, which turned out to be simply switched off, yet they said they didn’t know the cause. Poor communication and unprofessional service. I won’t be returning, they have wasted my time.
Excellent service yet again. Been using this garage for seven years now and it has always been first rate. On Friday the car failed its MOT, with a fractured coil spring. By Monday lunchtime I had it back and with an MOT pass. Huge thanks to Ant, Dave and all the team for their customer care, it’s the best.

Called in to get a quote was told they would call me back to let me no how much waited 2 days when i rang the second time the bloke on the phone really rude so I asked him to cancle the service he slammed the phone down awful place would advise never go there they speak to u awful for only asking how much shame used to be really respecful place to take your car.
They always fix my car and I've never had a problem with them
Took my car to Mike Hurst motors for a brake noise. The service from them was excellent. They kept me informed on what the car required, and carried out the repairs quickly. Very reasonable cost. Five stars all the way. Couldn't be happier, would recommend these guys every time.
Family run business with a great customer service. Dave the owner gave good honest advice and completed the jobs on my car with car and professionalism Extremely pleased with the service and respect shown here compared to other mechanics I've used.
