   Took my car in today because it’s been **pulling to the left** ever since I had the track rod end replaced. I gave them all the context upfront—explaining that I’d already had the alignment done at **two different places**, but the issue was still there. Instead of actually diagnosing the root cause, they just **tracked and aligned it again**, swapped the wheels around, and did a bunch of random “checks”—yet they still don’t know what’s wrong and haven’t fixed the problem. Despite this, they **still charged me** the full quoted price, justifying it by saying the previous alignments were done badly—yet somehow, their “expertise” made **zero difference**, as the car is still pulling exactly the same way. Then they had the nerve to say they **could have charged me even more** for the pointless extras they did, like swapping the wheels (which achieved nothing). So I’ve basically paid for another useless alignment and got my car back in the exact same condition I handed it over in. **Avoid this place unless you like paying for work that doesn’t actually solve your problem.**

   Happened to get a flat tyre right outside the garage. Being a silly girl and knowing nothing about changing a tyre I went in panicking and asked for help. Two lovely lads saved the day. Brand new tyre fitted and I was sent on my way. Really affordable and friendly service.

   Had my Vivaro van in at Key West Autos for new alternator and battery, Very reliable service, work completed within the time they promised which is vital for my busy work schedule. I am an engineer myself and found Chris and his colleague to be very knowledgeable. They where recommended by a friend who has his van serviced and repaired by them, I found their prices to be very fair. Will be using them to service my van and wife's car from now on.

   Won’t recommend this place, same day i done the alignment i changed all 4 continental tyres 650£ cost me and after 6 months front ones are already gone. Went back to them to ask why this happened after they charged me and they act very rude and wouldn’t help in anyway. Hopefully no one gets through what i had to.
