Brilliant, really good value, so helpful, Ford Focus would start randomly, then dashboard lights would flash like a xmas tree. Electrical work needed and fixed the problem.
WORST GARAGE EVER!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Rang up to ask how much it would be to repair an Air con only to be told I would need to book it and they will let me know. There was no mention of any charge whatsoever of them checking to give me a quote of the repair cost. Get a call from a man named Rob to say the repair cost is going to be nearly £400!!!!! He claimed the part (pressure sensor) would have cost £75 and the rest on Labour as it’s a time consuming job. I politely replied to him to say I can’t afford that now and I will pick my car up. On arrival the receptionist (by the way she doesn’t crack a smile and isn’t the most welcoming) shows me the paper of the charge of £40 even though there was no mention of a charge! If I had known that I would have taken my car elsewhere! She goes and consults with the mechanic who then storms to the reception area and starts shouting horrible things to me. He then proceeds to rip up the paper and throws the key at me. I’ve since had my car repaired from a precessional for a fraction of the price only charging me £120!!!! Honestly these cowboys are just robbers and take advantage if you are a woman thinking they can get away with charging that much! Have never known service like this. Absolutely disgusted with their behaviours and hope this warns other people from coming here!
I had the alternator repaired. To my surprise, an hour later it was ready. Thanks.
Rang for an air con regas as it was empty due to a new engine being installed at a different garage. They tested, gased it and had me on my way within an hour. Great customer service, explained the results from the test and how much gas they put in.
Just had my car supplied and fitted with the 12/13 pin electrics for towing, not tried it out yet but happy with the time it took to do the job. Will update the review when I have tried it out
I have mixed feelings on this business. I went there to have some rewiring done on my bongo leisure battery. The engineer was able to do this with no problem. Both he and the lady at reception are kind enough but you need to prod and ask questions if you want to know the ins and outs of what work has been done. However my real issue is that for my rear indicators and dash I was told I'll be needing new stork switches on either side of steering wheel. It took Time effort and money for me to pick the right ones. As it turned out another electrician who was fitting in van entertainment spotted the bought switches and asked if he could have a look at the issue. It transpired that I did not need the £80 switches. My audio electrician rewired a connection and bobs your uncle he didn't even charge me for this just kept the price as the entertainment fitting. I haven't approached vehicle electrical services with this. But feel like they were leading me down the garden path, so obviously not very happy with their service or lack of testing or knowledge. I have not yet approached them with their miss diagnosis so cannot comment on how they might take the news. I assume I don't have a leg to stand on for they're leaving me out of pocket.
Passenger rear lights whole set not working for days. Tried to figure out about blown fuses or something.. Been stressed about it Checked on the google reviews and it's with good rating. Decided to give it a go.rang in at 9. Been told to pop and leave the car for the day. About 3hours time. All sorted. And cars ready to go. Good value of service tooo. Well recommended.
2019 quoted £364 by VW for part and fitting, sourced driver door lock myself for £135 and V.E.S. charged me £42 to fit. An excellent job at a great price, highly recommended! A year later in 2020 they replaced my steering wheel switches, £56 labour and a perfect job.
