Recommended to me by another local garage who didn't have equipment to sort my cars problem out. Car was booked in a few days later and work carried out to a high standard. Kept me informed regularly throughout the day with updates on work progress and also advised some action required on brake pads which we had done at the same time. First time using Heswall Autos but based on my experience would use again and recommend to others.
I had a fantastic experience with Heswall Autos. This started from when I booked in my car; Jake helped me to understand exactly what was and wasn't required for my car service. I booked in for a full service, as well as some investigation work to find a slow coolant leak. I gave permission for any work that was required for the coolant leak findings. When I collected the car, they ran through the work that had been undertaken. The service items were completed, and it was explained that after extensive searching, a coolant leak had not been found. Therefore plan B was to add a UV dye, and I am to return if the coolant level drops so that the leak can be highlighted. To summarise, the work was undertaken to a high quality, to a reasonable price, and no unnecessary work was undertaken. Thanks to Heswall Autos, and I will now be a return customer.
Jake has looked after the family cars for many years. His service is outstanding. He provides a thorough, quality service at a very affordable price coupled with exceptional client care. We would never go anywhere else !
